Beth Harris

 

Beth enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to improve their important relationships and untangle the problems of life. Beth works with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, phase of life transitions, and personal growth/exploration. She is trauma-informed and has completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level I and II. She believes that change happens in relationship with others. A quote that guides her work:
